Terms of Service

Welcome to ClickBD.com (the "Site"), operated by ClickBD. ("ClickBD", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

• "Buyer" means any user who purchases or intends to purchase products through the Site.
• "Seller" means any individual or business entity that lists products for sale on the Site.
• "Platform" refers to the ClickBD website, mobile site, and any associated applications.
• "Products" means all goods listed for sale on the Platform by Sellers.

ClickBD operates as a third-party (3P) marketplace platform. We connect Buyers with Sellers but do not own, warehouse, or manufacture the products listed on the Platform. The contract for purchase and sale of products is directly between the Buyer and the Seller. ClickBD facilitates the transaction by providing the technology platform, payment processing, and logistics coordination.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your information updated. ClickBD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All products are listed by third-party Sellers. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. ClickBD does not control or determine prices set by Sellers. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we are not responsible for typographical errors in product descriptions or pricing by Sellers.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance. Payment options include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. A Seller may cancel an order prior to dispatch due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other valid reasons. In such cases, any prepayment will be refunded in full.

ClickBD coordinates delivery through third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the Buyer upon delivery. ClickBD is not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of ClickBD or its content suppliers and is protected under the laws of Bangladesh. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

ClickBD acts solely as an intermediary platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of products listed by Sellers. Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
