Customer Policy
Guidelines for buyers using the ClickBD marketplace.
1. Buyer Conduct
All buyers on ClickBD are expected to conduct transactions in good faith and in compliance with these guidelines. ClickBD is committed to building a trusted and reliable marketplace, and this policy ensures the platform operates in a safe and orderly manner.
2. Buyer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing orders
- Be available to receive orders at the specified delivery address during the estimated delivery window
- Inspect products at the time of delivery and report any issues within the applicable return window
- Treat sellers and delivery personnel with respect and courtesy
- Refrain from making false or misleading claims about products received
- Not engage in fraudulent activities including false returns, chargebacks, or identity misrepresentation
3. Ordering & Payment
- All prices displayed are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT
- Payment must be completed through the methods provided on the Platform
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery
- Repeated failure to accept COD orders may result in COD restrictions or account suspension
4. Delivery Acceptance
Buyers are expected to accept delivery within two (2) attempted deliveries. If a buyer is unavailable for delivery after two attempts, the order may be returned to the seller. For COD orders, repeated non-acceptance may result in the removal of COD eligibility.
5. Reviews & Ratings
Buyers are encouraged to leave honest reviews and ratings for products purchased. Reviews must be based on genuine purchase experiences, be factual and not contain offensive, defamatory, or misleading content, not include personal information of sellers or delivery personnel, and not be used as leverage for obtaining unwarranted refunds or discounts.
6. Account Restrictions
ClickBD reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate buyer accounts for violations including fraudulent return claims, abusive behaviour toward sellers or delivery staff, repeated order cancellations or delivery refusals, use of multiple accounts to circumvent policies, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the marketplace.
7. Buyer Protection
ClickBD provides buyer protection for all qualifying transactions. If you receive a product that is significantly different from its description, damaged during shipping, or is counterfeit, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement under our Cancellation & Returns policy.
