What the iPhone price in Bangladesh actually buys you here

The iPhone price in Bangladesh on this page runs from ৳ 75,000 for the iPhone 16e to ৳ 299,999 for a 1TB iPhone 15 Pro, across 37 listings. The confusing part is the order. An iPhone 17 with 256GB sits at ৳ 123,500 while several iPhone 15 listings sit above ৳ 159,000.

That is not an error. ClickBD is a marketplace, so different sellers list the same model at different prices, in different storage sizes and import batches. This section explains how to read that, which specifications are worth paying for, and what NEIR registration now means for you.

The specifications that change your decision

Six things separate two iPhones that look identical in a photograph. Everything else is detail.

Storage: 128GB or 256GB

An iPhone has no memory card slot, so the number you buy is the number you keep. 128GB works if your photos live in iCloud and you stream rather than download. 256GB is the honest recommendation if you record 4K video, keep several years of photos on the device, or install large games.

What this means for you: the storage step costs far less at purchase than replacing the phone early because it filled up.

The chip, and how long the phone stays current

Apple supports iPhones with software updates for far longer than most Android phones, which is why a five-year-old iPhone still runs current apps. The chip generation, not the price, decides how far into the future that support runs.

What this means for you: if you keep phones a long time, a newer standard model beats an older Pro at the same price almost every time.

Camera: what Pro actually adds

Standard iPhones give you a main and ultra-wide camera. Pro models add a dedicated telephoto lens, which is the difference between cropping a photo and actually zooming into it. For faces, food and daylight scenes, the standard camera is already excellent.

What this means for you: pay the Pro premium for the third lens and the video tools, not for a higher megapixel figure.

Screen size and battery go together

Inside the iPhone range, the larger body is also the longer battery — Plus and Pro Max models hold more cells than the standard size, and Mini models hold fewer. A 6.9-inch Pro Max is a two-handed phone; a Mini fits a shirt pocket and needs a charger by evening.

What this means for you: if you are out of the house from 9am to 9pm without a charger, choose a Plus or Pro Max body rather than a power bank habit.

SIM type and regional variant

This matters more in Bangladesh than anywhere else on this list. US-market iPhone 14 and later have no physical SIM tray at all — they are eSIM only. Models sold in China, Hong Kong and Japan differ again in SIM behaviour and camera-shutter rules.

What this means for you: ask the seller which market the unit came from before paying, not after delivery.

Condition and battery health

Older listings on this page are attractive precisely because iPhones age well, but a battery does not. Open Settings, then Battery, then Battery Health and Charging: anything below 80% capacity is due for a replacement you will pay for separately.

What this means for you: on any older-generation unit, check that screen before you accept delivery.

Which iPhone generation to buy, honestly

Nine generations are listed above. No single one is the right answer for everybody, and the newest is not automatically the most expensive here.

Generation What it is genuinely good at The honest catch
iPhone 17 and Air Newest silicon, longest remaining software life, and on this page often cheaper than older Pro listings The Air trades battery capacity for thinness
iPhone 16 and 16e The best balance of price and current features; 16e is the cheapest way into a new iPhone at ৳ 75,000 16e drops the ultra-wide camera
iPhone 15 series USB-C charging and a strong camera; the widest choice of storage on this page Several 15 listings are priced above newer models — compare before assuming
iPhone 13 and 14 Still fully capable daily phones at the lower end of the range Lightning cable, not USB-C; check battery health
iPhone 11 and 12 Compact bodies and low entry prices for a light user Nearing the end of their update window; 64GB fills quickly

If you are still deciding between platforms, it is worth comparing against Samsung mobile phones in Bangladesh for foldables and stylus support, or Google Pixel phones for computational photography. Neither runs iOS, which is the real decision.

Buying an iPhone in Bangladesh: what global guides leave out

Check the IMEI before you pay

BTRC's National Equipment Identity Register came into operation on 1 January 2026, and new handsets joining a Bangladeshi network now fall under mandatory registration. Verifying a handset takes under a minute: dial *#06# to display the 15-digit IMEI, then send an SMS reading KYD, a space, and that number to 16002. You will receive the registration status by return message.

Do this at the door, before you hand over cash. If the reply says the device is not in the database, you can register it through BTRC's NEIR portal with purchase or import documents — but you want to know that while the seller is still standing in front of you.

Official versus unofficial, and why 2026 prices moved

Bangladesh assembles most entry and mid-range Android phones locally, but premium Apple models are never built here. That means an iPhone absorbs the full import tax burden with nothing offsetting it. In January 2026 the government cut customs duty on imported handsets from 25% to 10%, bringing the effective burden to about 43.43%; that concession expired on 30 June 2026 and the burden returned to roughly 64.25%, with industry bodies estimating retail rises of 20–25% on officially imported phones.

That gap is exactly why an unofficial unit can be tens of thousands cheaper — the duty was never paid on it. The trade-off is warranty, service access and NEIR registration. Neither choice is wrong, but decide which you are buying rather than discovering it later.

eSIM, SIM trays and imported variants

Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink and Teletalk all support eSIM, and Grameenphone lists iPhone XS and later as compatible. Its own guidance adds two conditions worth reading twice: the handset must be carrier-unlocked, and versions sold in the US, China or Japan may not work even when the model number looks right.

The sharpest version of this problem is that US iPhone 14 and later have no SIM slot. If you rely on a physical SIM, that handset is unusable to you regardless of price.

Warranty, service, EMI and delivery

There is no Apple-owned retail store in Bangladesh, so what you get is either an authorised partner's warranty or a seller warranty. Listings here commonly carry 12 months of seller warranty and a seven-day return window. Ask in writing which service centre honours it, and whether that centre is in Dhaka or Chattogram, before you commit to a ৳ 200,000 purchase.

Payment is by bKash, Nagad or cash on delivery, with delivery across Bangladesh. EMI depends on the individual seller and your card, so confirm the tenure and whether a processing fee applies rather than assuming the monthly figure is the whole story.

Heat, humidity and charging habits

Dhaka summers and monsoon humidity are hard on lithium batteries, and heat is what permanently reduces capacity. Avoid charging under a pillow or on a dashboard, take the case off during long fast-charging sessions, and use a certified USB-C adapter — current iPhones ship with a cable but no power adapter, so most buyers need to add one. Voltage swings during load-shedding are a genuine risk to cheap unbranded chargers, not to the phone itself.

Pick up a certified adapter and a case from mobile accessories in Bangladesh at the same time as the handset.

Eight mistakes that cost iPhone buyers money

Assuming newer means pricier

Several iPhone 15 listings on this page sit above the iPhone 17. Sort by price, not by model number.

Buying 128GB to save ৳ 10,000

You cannot add storage later. A full phone in year two costs far more to solve than the upgrade did.

Skipping the IMEI check

One SMS to 16002 tells you whether the handset is registered. Sending it after payment helps nobody.

Ignoring which market it came from

A US iPhone 14 or later has no SIM tray. The model name on the box will not tell you this.

Not checking battery health

On any older unit, open Settings and read the battery capacity figure before accepting delivery.

Paying Pro prices for Pro badges

The telephoto lens and video tools justify the premium. The name on the back does not.

Forgetting the power adapter

The box has a cable, not a charger. Budget for a certified adapter, or fast charging is wasted.

iPhone price in Bangladesh: frequently asked questions

What is the lowest iPhone price in Bangladesh right now?

On this page the floor is ৳ 75,000 for the iPhone 16e with 128GB storage, and the ceiling is ৳ 299,999 for an iPhone 15 Pro with 1TB. Those figures move as sellers update stock and pricing, so sort the grid above by price rather than trusting any fixed number.

Why do some older iPhones cost more than newer ones here?

ClickBD lists multiple sellers, so an iPhone 15 from one seller can sit above an iPhone 17 from another. Import batch, storage size, condition and seller pricing all differ. Read the full title of each listing, since storage and RAM are written into it, before assuming a newer model costs more.

How do I check an iPhone is legal in Bangladesh before I pay?

Dial *#06# on the handset to display its 15-digit IMEI, then text KYD followed by a space and that number to 16002. BTRC replies with the registration status. Since NEIR enforcement began on 1 January 2026, new handsets joining the network must be registered to stay connected.

Should I buy 128GB or 256GB?

128GB is workable if you keep photos in iCloud and stream music and video. Choose 256GB if you shoot 4K video, keep several years of photos offline, or install large games. Storage cannot be added later, and the upgrade costs far less now than a mid-life replacement.

Is an official iPhone worth the extra money in Bangladesh?

Officially imported handsets carry the full tax burden, which returned to roughly 64.25% after the January duty concession expired on 30 June 2026. Unofficial units are cheaper because that was never paid. The trade-off is warranty, NEIR registration and service access, so ask which of those you actually get.

Will my iPhone work with a Bangladeshi eSIM?

Grameenphone supports eSIM on iPhone XS and later, but the handset must be carrier-unlocked, and some regional versions sold in the US, China or Japan behave differently. US iPhone 14 and later have no physical SIM tray at all, so confirm the variant before buying an imported unit.

Which iPhone is the best value on this page?

For most buyers the iPhone 17 at ৳ 123,500 with 256GB is the strongest balance here, because it costs less than several iPhone 15 listings while offering more storage and a newer chip. If your budget is firmer, the iPhone 16e at ৳ 75,000 covers everyday use comfortably.

Can I pay by EMI or cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery, bKash and Nagad are available on ClickBD, and eligible listings carry a seven-day return window with seller warranty. EMI depends on the individual seller and your card, so check the terms on the product page before you commit rather than assuming it applies.

Narrow it down before you buy

Set your ceiling in the price filter above, then filter by storage — it removes more wrong matches than anything else. Shortlist two listings in the same band and compare them on storage, battery health and which market the unit came from. Building the rest of the setup?
