Contract for service - bdndt.com Call- 01883113100 TANK CLEANING – SCOPE OF WORK The tank cleaning work will be carried out systematically and thoroughly to ensure the complete removal of sludge, dirt, oil residues, rust particles, and other contaminants from the internal surfaces of the tank. The scope of work will include the following activities: 1. Manual Cleaning: Initially, all accessible sludge, dirt, deposits, and other contaminants inside the tank will be manually removed using appropriate cleaning tools. 2. Detergent Cleaning: After the initial manual cleaning, an appropriate industrial-grade detergent/cleaning agent will be applied to the internal surfaces of the tank to remove remaining oil, grease, and stubborn dirt. 3. Rust & Spot Cleaning: Any minor surface rust, stains, or localized deposits identified during the cleaning process will be carefully removed using suitable cleaning materials and methods, including appropriate abrasive/cotton cleaning materials where required. 4. Final Washing & Rinsing: Following detergent cleaning and spot treatment, the tank will be thoroughly washed and rinsed with clean water to remove all remaining detergent, dirt, and loosened contaminants. 5. Water Removal by Pump: The accumulated wash water inside the tank will be removed using a suitable water pump. 6. Final Internal Cleaning: Any remaining water, sludge, or residue at the bottom of the tank will be completely removed using suitable suction/vacuum equipment and manual cleaning methods. 7. Final Inspection & Cleaning: The internal surfaces of the tank will be given a final cleaning to ensure that visible dirt, sludge, oil residue, loose rust, and other contaminants are thoroughly removed, leaving the tank in a clean and neat condition. Final Result: The tank will be delivered in a thoroughly cleaned condition, with all accessible internal areas free from visible sludge, dirt, oil residue, loose rust, and other contaminants to the maximum extent reasonably achievable through the specified cleaning process. |
