Job Description / Responsibility
• Target oriented job.
• Execute all sorts of activities as per management decisions.
• Find & communicate with the prospective clients.
• Perform all kind of official correspondence to the client.
• Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with individual or corporate customers.
• Establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Convincing the customers and finalizing the deal professionally by identifying customer’s need.
• Candidate has to be able to handle the marketing and strong confidence to achieve the sales target.
• Has the ability to prepare and submit service offers/ proposal/ presentation & other required documents.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduate BBA/B.Com/ Business related subjects/ Diploma in Architect/Civil eng. from any reputed Public and Private University in Bangladesh.
Experience Requirements
• 1 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing, Sales
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Interior/ Furniture/ Building Construction related product/ Real estate sector marketing experience will get preference.
Additional Job Requirements
• Age 22 to 32 year(s)
• Highly smart, energetic, skilled in people’s communications and willing to take challenge to achieve company goals.
• The candidates are sound in physic and well conversant to frequently travel mostly in Dhaka, but may need to go outside in Dhaka districts as well.
• Experienced Personnel are especially encouraged but not mandatory.
• Good knowledge in computer and internet.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situations.
• Ability to take the load of extreme work pressure and doing jobs with deadlines.
• Excellent communicative and negotiate skill in telephonic and/or email conversation.
• Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the Organization.
• Candidate should be of honest, confident, smart, young, professional, hardworking, energetic and pleasant personality.
