Job Context
We are looking for Jr. Executive in Sales & Marketing (Male/Female).
Job Responsibilities
• Create sales prospect, generate leads, identify opportunity and complete sales.
• Direct marketing/ regular field visit.
• Must have knowledge of latest technology
• Maintain and update business contact information
• Must have self-confidence & committed to sale
• Achieve monthly sales target
• Gather good understanding of Customer/stake holder requirements and market information
• Conduct brand and product promotion and develop business relationships with clients
• Enhance customer/stake holder relationships includes developing corporate image and reputation
• Ensure retention of existing customer/stake holder and explore new business opportunity with them
• Able to communicate technical and business information / solution to partners and customers
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
• Closely coordinate with team and report in timely manner
• Must have "can do" and positive attitude
• Smart looking and presentable to customers
• Ability to solve problems and ability to anticipate customer needs and propose solutions
• The person who is well mannered, proven sales background, looking for long term carrier & wants to grow with the company is encouraged to apply.

Educational Requirements
• BBA or Bachelor's degree (Hons) in marketing.
Experience Requirements
• Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year Experience.
Additional Requirements
• Age 22 to 30 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Must be physically fit and mentally strong.
• Strong communication skills especially over email and phone
• Must have detail knowledge on Computer, MS Office, internet browsing, email.
• Experience in Computer, Hardware & software sales will be preferable.

Salary
• Negotiable in the range of BDT 10,000 - 30,000. (based on experience & qualification)
