The Customer Service Associate will be reporting to the Head of Business Development and will be responsible for the communication with customers over the phone and mail. The role requires having strong communication skills, proactive personal attributes and very high tenacity to achieving results. Job Responsibilities Acting as the Front face of Customer Communication Managing all customer queries over the phone Creating and Managing Customer Database Import and Export Shipment Documentation Processing Internal Communications Maintaining Communication with Several Internal Stakeholders Recording and updating all shipping details Supporting Coordination amongst all departments Employment Status Full-time Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree from any Recognized Public or Private University Additional Requirements: - Both males and females are allowed to apply - Fluent English Speaking & Writing Ability - Strong Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel - Ability to Work Independently - Candidates with International Courier Background will be given preference - Freshers with the high academic background will have the preference - Female Candidates are Encouraged to Apply - Candidates having IELTS or any International English Language Certification will be Preferred Compensation & Other Benefits Competitive Package based on experience Other Benefits will be as per company policy |
