Job Description / Responsibility:
Managing customer inquiries
Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer documents
HSC/Graduation (Part Time for HSC & Full time for Graduation)
Age 18 to 30 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply.
Need to manage own team & provide necessary directions.
Ability to work well in a team environment
Flexible for shifting duty.
Part Time=11,000/-, Full Time=21,500/-
As per Company Policy.
