Firmware and Software Errors

Problem: App crashes, "Unknown error (code: 180)", issues during firmware updates.

Solutions:

Keep the DJI app and drone firmware updated to the latest versions. Use DJI Assistant 2 on a computer for more stable firmware updates if issues persist through the app.

Restart the mobile device, remote controller, and drone.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the DJI app.

Ensure the app version is compatible with the drone's firmware. An "Unknown error (code: 180)" often indicates an incompatibility between the app and firmware versions.
