Toyota IST 2004 Registration 2008

I want to sell my self-driven Toyota ist 2004. It's in very condition with no mechanical issues at all. The car can run in Petrol and CNG smoothly without any trouble. The AC works perfectly. The tyres are in excellent condition as well. The paper is up to date until December 2022. I am currently overseas and I thought I would not sell it but as I need to live here for a while that's why I selling it.
The car has an original Toyota stereo with Bluetooth and a card reader that's cost me 8000 to install it
The car has an auto-retractable side mirror and it costs me 7000 to install it
The has a fog light that costs me 6000 to install.
The car has zero mechanical issues.
