Service Charge:

1. Free charge if you pickup from our office.

2. Classic Service Charge=For one time setup and machine tuning learning from our office. If problem then send us machine and after solve problem then pickup from our office.(No Door To Door Service)

3. Economy Service Charge = Go to your door and setup machine & teach you about technical operation. If any problem then we pickup from your door and solve problem and setup.(Door to Door Service in Office hour).

4. Professional Service Charge= All service are VIP level and same time solve your problem.

5. Yearly Basis Service Charge=After Warranty period we offer yearly contract based Service if you want. (It’s door to door service).



Terms & Conditions for Warranty:

1. All products are warranty 1(one) year from selling date.

2. Service will be available during Our Operation Hours.

3. Service will be provided on-site or at the location of Our Customer Service Center depending on the type of warranty covering the Product.

4. This warranty is only applicable to Products purchased from Our authorized dealers and retailers or from our office.

5. This warranty is good only to the person named as the owner of the Product in the warranty card and is not assignable and/or transferable.

6. Warranty cancels if any physical damage/ high voltage burn/warranty sticker remove.

7. Warranty cancel if Damage, fault or failure due to alteration or repairs made by anyone other than us.
