Job Description / Responsibility:
• Make wonderful relation with individual customers.
• No sales target. Just have to work as per company demand
• Implement organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors.
• Forecast market demand.
• Searching new sales & marketing opportunities to sale lighting item.
• Daily customer/Market visit and reporting.
• Creating new customer by door to door marketing, Digital Marketing, and Database Marketing
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
• Visiting potential customers for new business opportunities.
• Work in the marketing team as an active member and maintain individual visit to customer followed by ensured sales.
• Understand the importance of Customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members.
• Collect latest market information and incorporate them in marketing plan/strategy.
• Explore new markets to contribute in sales increase.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing to immediate supervisor.
• Arrange project visit along with customer as per requirement.
• Should have good problem solving and negotiation skill.
• Able to handle multitask independently.
• Maintain regular contact with Key Clients.
• Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication.
• Preparing business proposal and presentation.
• Take effective regular marketing and sales visits to Public and Private Institutions
• Work with month to month sales target and become example for others to follow as a successful target achiever
• Explore new markets to contribute in sales increase.
• Collect latest market information and incorporate them in marketing plan/strategy.
• Record keeping and reporting on regular basis.
• Collecting the data of competitors



Educational Requirements
H.S.C/ Bachelor/ Master's in any Discipline (Educational Qualification is Negotiable for Experienced Persons)
Computer literacy is a must.
Diploma in Graphic design/ Computer Science/ Electrical background will be an extra quality.

Experience Requirements
N/A (Company will trained up as per requirements)

Should be self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under stress pressure and have excellent oral and written English & Bengali communication skill.

Must have positive attitude working in team –
has to be well groomed.
Strong problem solving skill.
Willingness to take responsibilities and challenges with commitment and honesty.
Smart, Punctual young intelligent, presentable and dynamic persons who are ready for a challenging job.
Traveling Experience in abroad will be an extra quality
Good report writing and presentation skill.
Excellent communication skill over English.
Good communication & interpersonal skill.

Additional Job Requirements
Age 18 to 30 years

Job Location: Dhaka.

Salary Range Tk. 6000 – 10000 with TA/DA-2500, Tiffin-25 per day payable (for the outdoor work) OR negotiable depending on skill and qualification for the 6 months provisional period.
After completing the provisional period he/ she will get the following facilities too-
