I can also install android jellybean 4.1.2 but modem will not work as there is a conflict between bada and android,except for that everything runs smoothly.

If u install android it will be duel boot (u can run android + bada on the phone).
on the top of the phone is broken a bit ( u can check the pic) but there is no internal problem,you can hide it with a cover
