How do I Register?
Registering with ClickBD is simple. Just follow the steps: 1. Fill out the short "Registering Form" with your Name, Email, and ClickBD-ID, 2. Check your email for your password, 3. Login and start using ClickBD.

How to find something to buy?
Simply search for the item you are looking for. You can search for items that falls into a specific category such as "Computers & Networking" or "Real Estate". You can also search by price range, type of listing, item condition, payment option, and warranty option. If someone is selling what you are looking for, you will see a list of matching items. Then just click to view details and buy or bid if you like.

What is Auction?

Auction is the best way to buy. Items selling on ClickBD's Auction don't have any fixed price. This gives you a chance to say how much you want to pay for an item. If you name the highest price then you get to buy it.

Terms to understand:

Bid:	Naming your own price for an item you want to get.
Current Price:	Price of an item (minimum price you can place).
Min. Bid Increment:	You must increase at least this amount over the current price to get an item.
Time Remaining:	Time after the auction will be closed.
Highest Bidder:	Person named the most price.
Winner:	Person who gets to buy the item.

How do I place a bid?

Bidding is simply naming the price that you are willing to pay for an item.

To make a bid:

find the item you want, and

Name your price. (Your price must be above Current Price + Min. Bid Increment)

You must understand the following terms:

Current Price:	current price of the item (someone already named this price).
Min. Bid Increment:	you must increase at least this amount over the current price to get the item.
Time Remaining:	time after the auction will be closed.

Who wins the Auction?
Many people can Bid for a single item, but the winner will be the highest bidder. If more than 1 item is available, there can have several winners. In this case the winners will be the highest bidder, the runners up, the second runners up, and so on depending on the number of items available from that seller. The Winner(s) will be decided by ClickBD's automated system when the auction ends.

What happens when I win an auction?
If you win an auction, you will receive an email with payment information. You are obligated to pay the seller within THREE (3) DAYS from the time the auction is closed. Violation of this policy will result in negative feedback, or even permanent cancellation of your membership with ClickBD. Please participate responsibly.

What is Classifieds?
Classifieds are similar to the advertisements you find on newspapers only it is more descriptive and and with pictures to make your decision making easier.

How do I pay the seller?
Following payment methods are available: COD: Cash On Delivery "The MOST SECURE way to trade" Pay cash at the time of delivery. PIP: Pay In Person "VERY SECURE way to trade" Go to seller's place, pay, and receive your item. MOP: Money Order Pay Mail a money order, demand draft, or bank draft to seller's address. CP: Cheque Pay "SECURE when made A/C pay" Mail a cheque to seller's bank or to seller's address. Item will be delivered after cheque is cashed.

How do I sell something?
To sell something on ClickBD, first decide how would you like to sell -- or . Once you have decided just follow these Three 3 steps: 1. List: Give complete description & provide an image to attract buyers. 2. Sell: View all of your orders online. 3. Dispatch: You will receive contact details of your buyers from us. Get in touch with buyer to deliver the items at your convenience.

How to Buy Using Auction?

Scroll down to Place Your Bid Now section,

Type in the price you want to pay next to Your Maximum Bid.
This amount must be grater than or equal to Current Bid amount(calculation Current Price + Min. Bid Increment),

Select the Quantity you want, and

Finally click on
