Q: Where can I buy ClickCard?

Your ClickCard is delivered to your home address (free delivery). You can pay cash when you receive it.
 
Q: I cannot remember my password, how can I retrieve it?
A: To retrieve your lost password simply go to www.clickbd.com/reg/password.forgot.php and tell us what your email address is and we will email your password to you right away.
 
Q: How can I become a member?
A: Simply go to www.clickbd.com/reg/, fill out the form with your personal details and desired ClickBD ID (nick-name or alias that you want to go by). If you complete the form correctly, you will receive an email containing a link to activate your new account. Click on the link (or copy and paste it to your browser address bar) to activate your account. Finally, you will create a password to access your new account. That's all you got to do.
 
Q: How can I delete my item from ClickBD?
A: You can delete your item from ClickBD at any time you like by visiting MyClickBD. Remember, it is your responsibility to remove sold item from our server. Depending on what type of selling format you are using, please find a complete listing of items by following the links provided below; just click delete function next to the item that you would like to delete:

Q: What is priority item ? How can I list my item as priority item ?
A: Priority items are highlighted items which are always shown on top of all regular items sold in ClickBD. It is a good way to present your item to your sellers in this competitive market. You can use Priority Listing for a small fee payable online using ClickCard. You can order ClickCard online and get a free delivery in 48 hours.
Fees for Priority Listing are: 3 days Tk.45, 7 days Tk.70, 30 days Tk.150
How to make Priority Listing? Just click "Advertise this item" link on top right hand corner, visible when you visit your item while you are logged in. Or you can click on "enhance listing" function when you visit My FixedPrices, My Auctions or My Classifieds pages and follow the simple instructions.
 
Q: What is featured item ? How can I list my item as featured item ?
A: Featured items are extremely highlighted items which are always shown on top of all items sold in ClickBD including priority items. Featured items are also shown on ClickBD Homepage at all time. It is a best possible way to present your item to your sellers in this competitive market. You can use Featured Listing for a small fee payable online using ClickCard. You can order ClickCard online and get a free delivery in 48 hours.

Q: How can buy goods on ClickBD?
A: You can buy from thousands of goods offered by ClickBD sellers. To buy, first you must register and then follow the guidelines described in Buying section of: www.clickbd.com/help

Q: What is feedback?
A: Feedback is simply letting people know of your experience with the person you traded with. You can provide either a positive or a negative feedback for each trade. Only buyer and seller of each Auction or FixedPrice can rate each-other, but everyone can see the feedback provided.
 
Q: Why is feedback important?
A: Feedback is very important for us to provide you with a dependable marketplace. If you skip to provide feedback to your seller or buyer, our system will provide you a negative feedback for not being a responsible user. So, please provide feedback within 7 days.
 
Q: What are the things I should not do on ClickBD that can block my account?
A: As a Seller:
  1. Do NOT put contact information on item description. Contact information could be a) phone number, b) email address, c) home or office address, d) personal website address, e) massager id such as MSN, Yahoo, ICQ. f) or any information that demonstrates intention of bypassing our system.
  2. Do NOT disclose your desired price on auction item.
  3. Do NOT put too high Reserve Price or unreal Market Price on your listing
  4. Do NOT expose object content including image and text in any area of your item listing.
As a Buyer:
  1. Do NOT place unreasonably high bid on auction items.
  2. Do NOT offer contact information to any seller over Private Messages through "Ask Seller A Question" link
  3. Do NOT offer price over Private Messages through "Ask Seller A Question" link.
Other considerations:
We take genuine reports from other ClickBD members very seriously. Too many negative feedbacks may also force us to terminate a member's account.
 
Q: I am selling a product on auction and it has already reached my reserve price. Now I need to sell it. How I can contact with the buyer?
A: According to ClickBD's policy, buyers are not allowed to contact sellers until we give specific instructions to do so. When the auction ends, the seller will receive these instructions by email. Please follow the instructions to deliver the item and collect payment only at that time. Please provide feedback as soon as you receive your payment and ask your seller to do the same. If seller should experience any difficulties to get contacted with the buyer or if the buyer rejects to buy the item on winning price, the seller should provide a negative feedback to that buyer and contact ClickBD for further help.
 
Q: How do I change the reserve price for my auction item?
A: Once an auction is submitted, you cannot change certain attribute of that auction. However, for any reason if you want to LOWER RESERVE, REMOVE BID, or CANCEL your auction please login, then visit your auctioned item, and click on the "Manage your auction" link.
 
Q: What is the guarantee that the seller will deliver the item as it has been described on item listing?
A: There is absolutely no guarantee. Before bidding or ordering any item, please review seller's reputation very carefully. Just the way anyone can put advertisements on newspapers, anyone can list items on ClickBD which they do not have. It is buyer's responsibility to verify the item before making any payment. If you find a seller is trying to cheat you, please inform ClickBD Web Team immediately. We can take necessary action to prevent that seller from doing it again. Also provide a negative feedback to that seller to tell everyone about your experience so that everyone can become caucus.
 
Q: How can I see the reserve price of an auction?
A: As a buyer you have no way to know what the Reserve Price of an item is because this is a secret price provided by the seller. However, you can try to guess in many ways...
 
Q: I want to change my Auction Item's name & description. How will I do that?
A: Simply login. Then visit the item page of the item you want to edit. Once you are there, you will see a link on the top right hand corner (just below the header) which reads Do you like to edit this item?. Clicking on the link will take you to the editor. Make all necessary changes and click submit. Upload a picture and click on save. That's it.
 
Q: Is it possible to withdraw the auction which I placed? How?
A: Yes. You can go to My ClickBD and under My Selling Activities you will find My Auctions tab. Direct link: www.clickbd.com/user/interactive/home.php?page=auctions. Once you are there you will see a complete list of auctions you are running. You will also find various useful links to manage your auctions. On of the link is to cancel your auction.
 
Q: Can I send message to the buyers?
A: Yes, only if your buyer ask you a question through Ask Seller A Question link provided on your item listing page. You will receive full contact information of your buyer when your item gets sold
 
Q: How can I give feedback to my buyer?
A: First login. For Auction items go to the item page and click on Feedback link, type your feedback and submit. For FixedPrice item go to www.clickbd.com/user/interactive/home.php?page=fixedprices then go to order page, you will find link to provide your feedback there.
 
 
Q: How can I get buyer's address?
A: You will receive an email from ClickBD with buyer's contact detail when an Auction is ended. Where as for FixedPrice format, you can view your buyer's contact detail here www.clickbd.com/user/interactive/home.php?page=fixedprices by clicking order received column of desired item.
 
Q: What is the difference between warranty and guarantee?
A: Warranty is normally offered by the Dealer or Manufacturer of a product. Guarantee is normally offered by seller which could be a Money Back Guarantee (if the product is unsatisfactory) or a Replacement Guarantee (if the product is faulty).
 
Q: How can I cancel my bid?
A: Once a bid is placed there is no way to cancel it.
 
Q: What shall I do if the buyer just delays without really buying the item?
A: After waiting 3 days, you should provide the buyer with a negative feedback if the buyer do not respond or shows no intention of buying.
 
Q: How can I add additional pictures after adding the basic one?
A: One picture is allowed per item. If you would like to add more pictures you can host your picture on another domain and hard-link it to your item description. Find free image hosting site on the net
