In course of time, you may require changes in some reports or addition of new reports. To some extent report customization is possible with an extra charge depending on report type.

Server: for up to 10 Users access option: ideal configuration: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor with original Intel Motherboard, CD-Writer; Minimum RAM 1GB; Disk Space 10GB; Operating System: Windows Server2003.
Server: for more than 10 Users access option: ideal configuration: BRAND SERVER of HP or DELL
(Detail configuration may be supplied on request)

Work Station(s): Ideal configuration: Pentium IV machine with original Intel Processor and Motherboard, CD-ROM Drive; Minimum 1 GB RAM; Disk Space 5 GB;
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP/ windows 7.

Network Components: Switch, Cable & Connectors should be of any suitable brand.


Further Up-gradation
Any up-gradation/modernization of the software may be settled on mutual discussion.

 Three month free service from date of installation.
 The software will be delivered through installation pack. No Source code will be given with the software
 The quoted prices do not cover the Data entry, hardware and other registered software required for running the software.

This support service contract will not cover--
i. Training or Re-training to be given by GNIS to the End User or his representative involved due to change of earlier operator/s.
ii. Replacement or correction of the materials that have been lost, stolen, damaged by accident or misuse, or modified or reverse-engineered.
iii. Services arising directly or indirectly out of hardware problems or any error or in-compatibility or complication arising out of storage media problem or hardware malfunction or a virus attack etc. on the End User’s machine not directly related with the software.
iv. Any legal software, hardware, Internet, Networking etc.
