Delivery :

Within 7 (Seven )Working Day after receiving your perches order and payment if stock is avilable or 1-3 month if stock is not avialable or .For Local Canopy it will take 10-15 days to deliver .

Warranty :

12 month 2000 running hours from th e date of commissioning whichever comes earlier as per RICARDO warranty policy.Warranty does not cover for the following clause:

Any unauthorized maintenance work.

Consumable items are not covered.

Normal wear & tare.

Any mishandling of the equipment without prior approval of the principal .

After Sales Service & Spare Parts :

12 month free from date of commissioning without consumable (lube oil ,filter etc.) and all the spare parts is avilable our ready stock .First servicing must be done after 50 running hours and subsequent servicing is required for each 200/250 running hours. Training:

Necessary local training for operators will be provided free at the time of commissioning of the generator.

Installation Testing & Commissioning:

The price quoted here is inclusive of the generator delivery, installation supervision charge excluding civil works, manual labor and all local materials like electrical power cable, earthling, ducting, silencer extension pipe for exhaust etc. required for successful installation, testing & commissioning of the generator.
