Call Center Executive at different Private Bank Job Description / Responsibility Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently. Diagnosis and troubleshooting customer complaints and provide solutions within defined SLA. Answer phone calls with politeness, friendly tone and enthusiasm. Provide 'One Call Service' on all calls. Provide proper and constructive feedback from customer for the improvement of the organization. Achieve daily quantitative targets and the service levels.
