Job Description / Responsibility

Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Diagnosis and troubleshooting customer complaints and provide solutions within defined SLA.
Answer phone calls with politeness, friendly tone and enthusiasm.
Provide 'One Call Service' on all calls.
Provide proper and constructive feedback from customer for the improvement of the organization.
Achieve daily quantitative targets and the service levels.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Graduation from any reputed university.

Job Requirements

Experience in the same kind of job will be preferred.
Good command in oral and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
Very good Computer Literate.
Well groomed, pleasant and friendly personality.
Effective listening skills.
Team player and self motivating.

Job Location
Dhaka

Salary Range Tk. 15000 - Tk. 20000 (Based on Experience)
