Customer Officer
Job Description : Handling Clients, Troubleshoot problems and Provide information. Responds & Repply our Customer emails, Receive & Dispatch All Documents And Give
Due Entry Into the register.
Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email,
Research required information using available resources
manage and resolve customer complaints,
Provide customers with product and service information
enter new customer information into system,
Update existing customer information process orders,
Forms and applications identify and escalate priority issues & appropriate resource.
Finally Handling our official Customer & your team.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) : Customer Support face to face on your desk & Online (web / e-mail) Support.

Additional Job Requirements : Age At least 17 year(s)
Technical Knowledge : Basic computer
Language proficiency : Bangla and English
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices,
Some experience in a Phone call manage environment,
good data entry and typing skills both in Bangla and English

Educational Requirements : O level / A level / Ssc / Hsc or College students Diploma or BSC, BBA, MBA students.
Equivalent Experience Requirements : No Experience.

Job Nature : Part-Time / Full-time.

Job Location : Dhaka (Mirpur)
Posting Place : Mirpur, Firmgate, Shyamoli, Savar, Dhanmondi.

Office day : Full-Time Weekly 6 (six) days
: Part-Time Weekly 3 (three) days per day 3 (three) hour via 2 (two shift)

Office time : Full-Time per day 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.
: Part-Time per day 10.00 am to 1.00 pm & 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm

Salary Range : Part-Time 7,300 tk Full-Time 12,300 tk

Unit : Per Month (Negotiable)
Other Benefits : As per company policy, Mobile Bill, Transportation Bill, Certificate,
