Job Description

• Handle Issuance, Reissues, schedule changes & re-validations

• Taking calls regarding schedule changes, cancellations, refunds etc.

• Handle flight bookings, reservation inquiries from customers

• Understand fare computations, flight itineraries, work flow & processes and educate the same to the executives

• Understand the travel requirements & suggesting competitive routes from the source location to the destination within the desired time frame.

• Discuss job performance problems with subordinates to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems.

• Adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have working knowledge on GDS, Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus will add value

• Should have experience in Domestic and International ticketing

• Should posses Team management and Leadership qualities

• Excellent Communication and writing skills

• Should be currently designated as Supervisor

• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
